Leaf Series Reserve Chardonnay
\nThis is a flagship Leaf Series range wine. Select parcels of premium Chardonnay fruit is sourced from our partner growers in Wilyabrup ? the heart of the Margaret River growing region.
\nThis fruit is then crushed fermented and aged in both new and used French oak barriques for a period of 12 months. After this time barrel selection takes place and the ?reserve? chardonnay is assembled together before bottling.
\nYet again the Wise winery team have crafted an exceptional Chardonnay. The nose is intense with tropical and citrus fruits jumping from the glass. There is subtle hints of oak spice and toasty notes. The palate is lean and precise with plenty of fruit and well integrated oak compexity.
